Usually the delivery time is from 1 to 8 working days .
Deliveries may take different times depending on the product ordered.
In personalized or made-to-measure items, the delivery time may change.
Shipping costs to mainland Portugal are free for purchases over €95.00 , and €6.00 for purchases below that amount.
Shipping costs to the islands cost €14.90 .
Orders will be delivered via CTT Expresso or DPD at the address indicated by the customer. We warn that the articles can be sent in separate shipments, if no one is at home, a notice is left for later collection of the order within 5 working days.
At the end of this period, it will be returned to our facilities where the customer can pick up or request a new delivery, with the costs of the new shipment being borne.
Upon delivery, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and contents, submitting the claim to the carrier whenever applicable.
The exception is preserved:
1) Out of stock situations (The customer will be notified after placing the order and may cancel it).
